I designed the user interface, logo, and site assets in Figma and Blender, working over multiple iterations and using feedback from 12+ user interviews.

The front-end site was developed from the ground up with React, and integrated with a back-end Flash server.

I managed the project timeline from ideation to deployment, defining and prioritizing features, determining issues for future sprints, and presented my work weekly to the founder. I collaborated with the team to ensure all functionalities were tested and implemented before we launched the minimum viable product in 2 months.
